Our commitment

Veriten Ltd is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information entrusted to us by our clients, partners and employees. Information security is not a peripheral concern for a consultancy working across defence, aviation and critical national infrastructure; it is a baseline professional obligation.

Security approach

Our approach to information security includes:

• Cyber Essentials Plus certification, independently assessed and verified. The current certificate may be viewed via the Cyber Essentials Plus logo in the website footer or directly here.
• Registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Ref: ZC138456)
• Use of UK data residency services where available, including Microsoft 365 and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Security-cleared personnel where contractually required
• Secure by Design principles applied to digital solutions and consultancy engagements
• Appropriate technical and organisational controls aligned to the sensitivity of information being processed

Client information

Information shared by clients in connection with Veriten Ltd engagements is treated as confidential. It is used only for the purpose for which it was provided and is not shared with third parties without explicit permission, except where required by law. Confidentiality obligations are maintained after the conclusion of any engagement.
